How do I know which program is right for us?

We usually suggest starting with a brief discovery call. From there, we can walk you through the scope of each engagement and whether the timing and focus makes sense for what your organization is experiencing. There is no pressure to commit during that conversation.

Can we adjust the timeline or scope of an engagement?

The timelines listed — three, five, or twelve weeks — reflect the minimum needed to do the work properly. We can discuss phasing in some cases, but shortening the process typically reduces the quality and depth of findings. We will be straightforward about trade-offs.

Who within our company needs to be involved?

This depends on the program. The culture assessment involves staff at multiple levels. The data analytics program requires a designated internal point of contact with access to your data environment. The governance program primarily engages board members and senior management. We clarify requirements clearly during onboarding.

How is sensitive information handled during the culture assessment?

Participant responses from interviews and surveys are always anonymized before being presented in our reports. We do not attribute individual quotes to specific people. Our approach is designed to build psychological safety so that honest responses are possible.

Do the quoted prices include SST?

Prices shown are exclusive of any applicable SST. We will provide a detailed quotation that includes full pricing breakdown, payment milestones, and applicable taxes once we have agreed on scope.

Both. Our culture assessment and data analytics programs are well-suited to growing SMEs. The governance program tends to serve companies that are scaling, preparing for investment, or transitioning from founder management. Company size matters less than organizational readiness and genuine intent to act on findings.
